Analog Digital

How can I check whether my LCD monitor is digital or analog signal?
I recently change my cable line from analog to digital
I would like to make sure my LCD monitor runs with digital signal, how can I check it?
Where does it say, whether analog or digital signal?
If you plug a DVI, (Digital Visual Interface), cable into the DVI port of an LCD monitor, it will be digital. (And plug the other end of the DVI cable, into a DVI port on your computer. Only a dedicated graphics card, has this port!)
Why? Because computers normally put out a digital signal. The signal has to be converted to analog, for a VGA monitor, or a VGA connection on an LCD monitor. An LCD monitor is naturally digital.
1.Computers put out a digital signal ( ALWAYS! )
2.Liquid Crystal Display monitors are DIGITAL.
3.To use a VGA monitor, you are slowing the signal down from your computer.
4.To use a VGA port on an LCD monitor, you are slowing the signal down from your computer.

Have you heard? The FCC has created another analogue to digital switching date (DTV) for TV. It's all rather confusing as it is and now we have more Processing … or do you?
Let's start with the basics of what we have always known that all TVs with a satellite or cable connection need not a converter box to continue receiving broadcast programming. Finally, there will be a time when you should have at least one of the three. Therefore, now is the time perfect for anyone who has been on the fence about whether or not to get satellite TV, to go ahead and do it!
Why buy a box converter and remain chained to the boring few channels you have now … is likely to go to the movies or rent them – often. Save money and get satellite TV — that is more affordable and cable television can not compare to the selection of programming or service. With satellite television analog / digital switch is more care and is something not even have to bother with. The change will take place on 12 June 2009, and you do not know.
Although perhaps be able to say some of its television channels seem more vibrant and colorful. But when the transition takes place, there is nothing you have to do. Why what the FCC to do this? Mainly to give consumers more time to buy boxes or satellite programming to get your ready for change.
The Chairman of the FCC said there was no "grand plan" of action that just did for a better game plan and to make sure everyone is ready. See, that was part of the problem, they did not believe everyone was ready. Nobody knows for sure if there is enough for converter boxes to all the people who are going to need.
Another reason is that the added time gives some radio stations that need additional time to complete its transition before June 12, 2009. Smaller stations with smaller budgets, could not have had the money to do it on 17 February 2009. There really is not much to process or understand the change more as a consumer, especially if you stop satellite TV do all the work for you!
