What exactly is a rolling chassis on a car?

i know that they are chassis that are made by a single company then shipped around to other car companies and then all the company does is attach their accessories and stuff but what else are they and why are the prohibited in the U.S?

A rolling chassis ranges from four wheels and a frame to a complete car with no drivetrain and I wasn’t aware of any legal action against them.

The skeleton is by far more strange if we have ever seen. The first aspect of this case is the appearance, and the skeleton appears to have been designed by Skynet. Industrial and utilitarian in design, the skeleton is not for those who like lace frills and things.

The use of plastic that really helps to bear weight and if it does not feel cheap. Nobody likes a chassis that feels as if every time you pick warp, the Antec Skeleton is actually very stiff and this is a factor that we like. You could use the word "strike" if it involves a skeleton on a LAN. Do not dismiss it as just another case, in fact, we can imagine the crowds fighting for a closer look with plenty of Ooh and Aah's. The skeleton is very radical design and establishes it as a problem. Dust of the side panels will be a huge problem, and for those of you living on the east coast of the Cross of her Christmas list, you carve the corrosion of your motherboard before next week.

Practically, however, the skeleton can not be beaten. To access the motherboard and drives requires the push of two buttons, the magazine main assembly then slides as a draw. This means that mounting the motherboard becomes child's play, and even before removing the motherboard tray. To expansion slots fill up their calls for the removal of plexiglass support retention, simple and easy. While the plexiglass does not work that feels so strong. Antec have done well to make this stretch of the same material as the rest of the chassis, it would have been stronger, and make the back seems more complete.

The open design freaks have ordered a Tizz since there is no place to hide the wires, but the open design does wonders for the thermal and positioning means 250mm fan blowing cold air across the motherboard. Fan LEDs little to damage the image of the skeleton, however, the FAN has a place unattractive looking power button and speed regulator and this damages the image. The lower level of the chassis has more space and comfort that the house of few water cooling parts, such as a pump and reservoir.

Modders will certainly find at least a dozen ways to make this case even more unusual and somehow, deep down, we know that they actually made by Antec. Something about the Skull says "Build Me Up" and truth be told want to dust off the old drilling and puzzles and an opportunity.

So should spend their hard earned money in the skeleton? The answer is a bit complicated. If you live within, have a trust fund and consume all the support, at least 3 m away from your PC then the Skull Antec is for you, if you're a normal person and do not think mod then consider something a little more traditional.
