How would i drive a Varmint XL-250 CB Linear Amplifier?
I would like to drive this amp to get the most power possible
I think the XL-250 is a low drive amp but not sure.Google x-force amps and join the forum.Someone there will have the answer.Get ready for the Ametuer community to slam you for asking this!!!

Speaker is an electro mechanical transducer that converts an electrical signal into sound. The term loudspeaker can be applied to either individual devices or drivers or the complete system consisting of an enclosure incorporating one or more drivers.
A speaker consists of a number of drivers to reproduce a wide range frequency of high sound pressure level or high fidelity applications. These drivers join the very low frequency subwoofers, woofers for frequencies low-frequency Squawkers stockings, high-frequency tweeters and super tweeters for very high frequencies.
Most speakers made up of embedded controllers in a box or a cabinet with a new opening for cable connection and make any adjustments. In general, use two wiring points to connect to the main source, for example, the audio amplifier or receiver. This is done using the post link or spring clips at the rear of the enclosure.
If the connections, both positive as negative and the amplifier of each of the conductors are connected in phase with each other, the speaker produces a destructive interference of sound waves occurs when a common signal is sent to each speaker. This is usually referred to as out of phase. These errors in the connection will not damage the speakers, but positively alter the waves noise that partially cancel those of the speakers around.
The easiest way to check the wiring phase problems with your speaker system is temporarily adjust the tone control bass and treble control down, then move the balance control so that the sound is alternately left and right speakers by separately. If music is the mono tones mixed with the bass must be stronger centering control. If the bass is stronger with the play of a single channel, you must know that there may be a cabling error or the music signal is not mono in the low bass.
Now let's look at some brief points about the characteristics speakers that are suitable for live-like sound reproduction. When the sound of any instrument or voice reaches us, but the source is blocked from our point of view, we will be able to determine whether to live or speaker. This is due to the power response, radiation in all directions which is often different between a loudspeaker and a living spring.
Most speakers have a power output falling 10 dB to 20 dB from low to high frequencies. Or it could be through the slow decay of the transients due to energy storage in mechanical resonance structures and noise from the speaker that we recognize as typical of a loudspeaker and disappeared in the corresponding live event.
For exceptional performance from the speaker system you have, there is a set of properties for design Speaker to be followed for an outstanding product. While getting a speaker should be aware that you get drivers with low linear distortion. These drivers can move enough air in a linear fashion in all parts of the range of frequencies especially at a lower end.
Speakers must have a minimum of excitement resonances of the room, especially at low frequencies. This will have to under directional speaker as dipoles. You must have a low amount of energy stored in drivers, the cabinet or closet, air cavities and filters for fast transient disintegration.
These speakers should play a smooth and extended response frequency of 20 Hz at a maximum and not exaggerate the high frequencies in both the axis and off-axis. In others, must have a minimum roll-off power response.
