I just moved from Fl to Ontario & have had what I think is a sinus infection. I have Amoxicillan…will these?

hellp until I can get some medical help if needed? Overall health is excellent. Had blood work before I left several months ago everything fine. Could be the climate change. Severe headache, pressure in eyes and forehead, sore throat with a temp. of 99.1. Thank You.

The amoxicillin is good for many respiratory type infections (the sinuses and throat as well) and I feel is worth a try. Try adding a few other treatments to your regime, such as sinus decongestants to facilitate draining, etc. If you don’t start to feel better in 3-4 days, you can see a doctor at that time. Be sure to take at least 5 days worth of the antibiotic (at bare minimum), and preferably 7-10 days worth if you have it.

Add: I don’t think you’re dealing with several symptoms that are unrelated. They can all be related to sinuses. Sinus drainage can make your throat sore, and the pressure causes pain in your head and eyes. I stand by my advice that the antibiotics should help. I don’t think you’re describing a medical emergency that merits “rushing to a hospital ASAP” as some suggest. If you begin to feel much worse or your temperature elevates dramatically, you can abort the antibiotics trial and see a doctor.

A traditional facelift can provide many attractive benefits. But it does everything I want in the way of facial rejuvenation, and it is important to do some tasks. The more you know about your scheduled surgery, you can navigate more easily through the process and happier with the result.

Traditional facelifts are performed in the lower two-thirds of the face, the cheeks to throat. It helps with a jaw line and sagging cheeks, drooping, and nasolabial folds (the creases that run between the nose and mouth).
