Can the electric and magnetic fields (CEM) for individuals are routinely exposed cause health effects? What are the sources of EMF, and when are EMFs dangerous?

EMF (electromagnetic fields o) is a broad term that includes the electric fields generated by charged particles in motion, and the electromagnetic fields as television, radio, hairdryer and microwave.
