Where can I get advice on whether I need a lightning arrestor on a high house on a ridge in West Auckland?

The house is a two storey one and in Candia Road, Waitakere City.

You can contact your local electrical supplyer,co. ect. but my advice would be put one on both end,s of house and be sure they are grounded properly.
