Mechanical Analog

Can someone explain ..?
“Because quantum mechanics only reproduces classical mechanics in a statistical interpretation, and because the statistical interpretation only gives the probabilities of different classical outcomes, Bohr has argued that classical physics does not emerge from quantum physics in the same way that classical mechanics emerges as an approximation of special relativity at small velocities. He argued that classical physics exists independently of quantum theory and cannot be derived from it. His position is that it is inappropriate to understand the experiences of observers using purely quantum mechanical notions such as wavefunctions because the different states of experience of an observer are defined classically, and do not have a quantum mechanical analog.”
What does he mean by experiences of observers?
I know Bohr and Einstein had an argument going over this. Einstein based many theories on observation, however Bohr was trying to show that quantum physics was at a different level with new rules.

Science is a way of knowing about the world we're in. Its great advantage is that it has a way of detecting and correcting errors, so they are more likely to get anywhere closer to the truth.
Science is working is like this:
– You come with a hypothesis (idea) of how something works.
– Then design an experiment to test the hypothesis. If the experiment is one way, then the evidence supports the hypothesis. if it turns out otherwise, then shows the hypothesis is not good.
– You can experiment and see if the hypothesis was not good.
Each time you do this, learn something about how the world (or not work). With new knowledge, you get a better idea of the "truth", and can form and test hypotheses to build new and better models best of reality. Once a hypothesis has been rigorously tested in many different ways, so people become quite sure there must be exact, is called a "theory" (eg, the "theory of gravity").
A key to science is falsifiability: You must be able to design experiments that refute the hypothesis if they turn out a certain way. That's why religious viewpoints are not eligible: No experience knows who, if some way, God would not exist. Therefore, it is scientifically impossible to prove whether God exists or not.
After some time, I remembered a little poem:
A centipede was happy, until a toad in fun
He said: "Pray, which comes after the leg?"
This raised his doubts to the point
The alternative to science to come up with ideas of how the world works, and then accept them in faith, without testing them. The problem with this approach is that it has no mechanism to detect and correct errors.
Scientists can be just as biased as any other person, but well-designed experiments can still detect and correct errors. When priests do not agree on how to interpret Scripture, there is no similar mechanism.
Anyway, That's the advantage of science: It has a self-correcting mechanism that detects and corrects mistakes, so it is likely that approaches to truth, even if scientists are biased.
Advantages and disadvantages of jet engines Why M-1 tank uses a gas engine 1500 of power of the turbine instead of a diesel engine? It turns out that there are two major advantages of the turbine on diesel:
- Gas turbine engines have great power-to-weight ratio compared to reciprocating engines. That is, the amount of power out of the machine compared to the weight of the engine itself is very good.
- Gas turbine engines are smaller than their reciprocating counterparts of the same power.
The main disadvantage of gas turbines is that, compared with a reciprocating engine of the same size, are expensive. Because they spin at such high speeds and high operating temperatures, the design and manufacture of gas turbines is a difficult problem in engineering and materials both at the point of view. Gas turbines also tend to use more fuel when idling, and prefer a constant rather than a fluctuating load. That makes gas turbines for large hauls and things like power plants, but explains why do not have under the hood of his car.
Department of Food Science, Department of Food Science is in store Hall
Welcome to the Cornell Department of Food Science Web site. The faculty, staff and students of our Department are members of a team Cornell interdisciplinary scientists who are working together to improve the health and availability of food for the world's population. This team includes those affiliated with various departments throughout the University who have joined as members of the Cornell Institute of Food Science (CIFS). Cornell students enjoy of the advantages of the combination of programs implemented at a major university's land grant and the intellectual rigor and stimulation that characterize a prestigious Ivy League institution, all on the beautiful campus itself.
