Motorola Talkabout raido problem. When trying to transmit on GMRS maybe? the radio resets.?

is this a case of the FCC not letting me transmit. do they have these capibilities. or is it the radio. i have another one that works fine though. so just courious to wheather its the raido or the FCC?

Motorola Talkabout raido has fixed frequencies. Nothing has to do with FCC, because FCC is just an organizatioin, it doesn’t use Special Equipment to stop your transmittion.
So it is a Radio problem.
