should i turn down the low pass filter on my pionner amp to get deeper bass??

also should i keep the amp on 12 bass boost??
i am using 10 inch sub in a sealed box. by turning down the low pass filter on my amp, i mean should i move it where it cuts out the higher freq. sound and only plays the low notes.
i got it installed at a car audio shop, maybe they already did the settings for me, but i don’t know, do they usually do it?

Low pass filters are generally best to have on…this filters out higher frequencies that the subwoofer has trouble producing and can even damage a subwoofer.

Typically the smaller the subwoofer the higher frequencies it can reproduce without compromising sound quality. If you are using a 10″ sub or larger keep that filter on.

Are you just looking for louder bass? deeper bass?

some times the boosts on amps can distort the signal and degrade the quality of the bass (reduces definition)

Biological Filters Koi incorporate two-stage filtration. The first stage is the solution or the entrapment of the filter section. The organic solid matter is dragged into a settlement area of the gravity and the current produced by a pond pump, waterfall or fountain, which helps in the circulation of pond water. Now is that the settlement area is the first stage of filtration, which has to be very efficient in that it is part of the collection of solid waste. The desired end result is good the clean and healthy water for your Koi. For the filter to produce such clean water, solid waste very little can be allowed into the section of biological filters Koi.

You see, Koi eat the algae invisible, which enhances the color of the Koi. However, during the warmer season summer, green algae use a large proportion of oxygen in pond water. This could leave your Koi fighting deplenished the amount of oxygen left.

Plant Filters are a natural way to get rid of green water algae. If you have plants in the pond then this will help, as the plants use the nitrate, leaving to green algae with little or nothing to survive. Koi biological filters, including UV (ultra violet) filter, are also highly recommended. Pond water passing through the filter also passes through a UV filter that kills green algae. The dead algae become part of the sediments trapped in the filter to be emptied and cleaned later. The clean, clear water is passed back into the pond. Not so popular are chemical algaecides. It would require systematic and consistent use, since the problem from repeating. In contrast, the use of magnets placed on the pipe internal filter alters the algal cells or killing them or keeping them from reproducing in full.

Blanket weed is a different kind of problem all together. Algae filamentous algae are weeds Manta. It grows in long strands attached to the lagoon green walls. It passes through Koi filters to be processed by filtering the UV rays. Despite the blanket weed poses no threat to Koi, is simply disgusting. One benefit of the herb blanket is also consumed nitrate, which fails to produce green water algae.

To ensure the best environment for your Koi, always keep the filtration system with routine cleaning. The rewards of thriving in healthy Koi pond is well worth the effort to keep their water free of pollution.
