Children's Books

It has always been a lucrative market for books for children. Parents know that the story is an opportunity for parents and children to join. For some reason, human beings need stories and children in particular need this parallel world. Fairy tales, besides being entertaining, also served to teach good moral values in children. Then, children's books tended to be divided into children's books and stories for girls. This line of demarcation is more blurred today.

Children have always tended to read stories of adventure with pirates, explorers and soldiers. The girls were fit to read about ponies, finishing schools, and training to become a nurse. From time to time in books for children, there would be a tomboy George in the famous five books. Last spoke of an idyllic world where children could safely play all day in the forest or river, without adult supervision interfere. In the books today days for children, the girls are stuck in dangerous situations, as well as boys. Take Hermione of Harry Potter books, for example.

The modern reader might think that children's classics of yesteryear to be a quaint little, but that's part of its charm. Reading it is like curling up in front of an old black and white film. It is a comfort blanket. The world of Peter Pan and Wind in the Willows is reassuring.

Occasionally, children's fiction vomit a genius. Roald Dahl was such a man when he wrote books for children, creating stories risky that few grown ups can be trusted. There is more cynicism and less naive in his books. World Roald Dahl sadly missed, but there was another genius around the corner, and called JK Rowling.

Harry Potter books seem to appeal both boys and girls. Children who had never expressed an interest in voluntary reading now await the next Potter book with impatience. Some critics say there is no place for religion in the world of Potter, and children should not be exposed to the dark arts of magic. Read any of the Harry Potter books for children and children learn about friendship, loyalty and courage. Not bad values for any of us.

The publishers are desperately looking the next success story books for children. It could be someone to be rejected at this time. JK Rowling was rejected nine times before his first book was accepted.
