How much does it cost to replace an oil pressure switch on a 2003 Buick Century?

Had an oil leak so I took it to the mechanic and he said it was the oil pressure switch and he would do it for about $75-$100 for parts and labor. I looked up the part at Autozone and it is only $10. Should I do it myself? Is he overcharging me? I head it is easy to do.

The switch is on the front of the motor right above the starter. The book only calls for a half an hour of labor, and GM lists the part at only $20 (cheap!). So say even if he was buying official GM parts and charging $100/hr for labor, you’re still only at $70. I’d personally get on my back and grab that thing with a pair of pliers and turn it out of there. Just make sure to wrap the threads on the new one with some teflon tape or some pipe dope, otherwise the leak might even be worse.
