Need further help identifying Nokia cellphone model.?

So my friend got that phone now and wants to change it’s casing (previous owner ragged it). We already went to three stores but no one can help us.

Kindly help us identify what phone model is it or if you know any code to key-in the phone for the model # to come up, let me know. Phone is colored and has retractable antenna which I think is for cosmetic effect only but I could be wrong. The cellphone menus are:Call Logs, Messaging, Organizer, Profiles, Settings, Phone Details, Gallery, Games, Keyguar
