How can Yahoo Staff help me to reset my password if a hacker tok over my account?
I really doubt a hacker has taken over my account but I assume that because every time I send a message, I receive failure notice from Yahoo. How can Yahoo Staff help me to reset my password… No one is using that email now and it’s under my name. I just need to get it back if possible. If I send any email I get something like this failure notice

I can’t sin up and choose the same name as new email address. It says unavailable when check for availability.
I this there was a problem with yahoo around a year ago and I need to refresh the page every time and then. I have to refresh the page many times to get to the previous page.

Do you mean every time you send a message TO the account your talking about? It sort of sounds like you are logged in by your wording. If you can’t log into the account anymore, I’d guess you are SOL. Yahoo! isn’t too user friendly.
