Well Built

How do you become well-built but not overly large.?

I see people that at first glance look normal but on a second, appear very well built (sort of like a michael phelps figure). And then there are people that are huge with broad shoulders and look very buff. What do you do that decides whether you develop a well-built figure or a large broad one?

You do very heavy weight with little reps, which helps out muscle mass, or how much muscle you have.

In order to tone that muscle, you want to do lighter weights but more reps
